APRIL COTTAGE - sleeps 5 + cot: 1 double/1 x 3 singles This has two bedrooms with one double-bedded room and one room with three single beds. Bath with shower over, wc and basin.

BLUEBELL COTTAGE - sleeps 4 + cot: 1 double/1 twin This has two bedrooms with one double-bedded room and one twin-bedded room. Bath with shower over, wc and basin.

CHARITY COTTAGE - sleeps 4 + cot: 1 double/1 bunk This has two bedrooms with one double-bedded room and one bunkbed room. The bunks are full size and of strong construction. Bath with shower over, wc and basin.

DAISY COTTAGE - sleeps 6 + cot: 1 double/1 twin/1 bunk This has three bedrooms with one double-bedded room, one twin-bedded room and a bunkbed room. Bath with shower over, wc and basin.

HOPE COTTAGE - sleeps 5 + cot: 1 double/1x3 singles. This has two bedrooms with one double-bedded room and a bedroom containing three single beds. Bath with shower room, wc and basin.

JUNE COTTAGE - one twin-bedded room, a bathroom with shower over the bath, a lounge with colour tv, sofas, chairs and wooden floor, plus electric bar fire.

Facilities - kitchens are fully fitted with toaster, kettle, microwave and colour TV. The kitchen/living room areas have a wooden floor, comfy sofa and chairs and a table with chairs.

IVY and ROSE COTTAGES - opened in 2003, both cottages have twin bedded rooms, a living room/kitchen, shower room and a small patio each. These cottages both have table-top cookers.

Electricity/heating - there is a meter (Ł1 coins) in each cottage for electricity used for heating. Electricity for lighting and cooking is included in the rent.

In addition there is a laundry room with two automatic washing machines and a tumble drier for use by guests. There are two rotary clothes driers in a separate area. There is a picnic area with wooden picnic tables.
