What our guests say...

"We return to Caburn Cottages yearly, always finding a friendly welcome. The accommodation is always clean and comfortable, the situation of the cottages is very relaxing and peaceful but still within easy reach of the coast & many National Trust properties."

Ann & John Berry, Nottingham

"I wanted to send you a note of thanks to say how very much we all enjoyed our stay at Caburn Cottages last week. We were delighted to find the cottages wonderfully equipped. Nothing had been forgotten. It was a home from home in the most beautiful setting. There was so much to see and do in the area that our week simply flew by. We have already recommended you to family and friends and look forward to being able to visit you again.
Thank you."

Jackie Elliott and family

"The cottages are comfortable and quiet...We never fail to like the walks you can take towards Glynde or across fields from the site – also the views and of course the convenience of Lewes, Firle, Alfriston, Seaford, the Ouse and the Cuckmere valleys.

We like the fact that the site is run on green principles. Laundry room and outside drying facilities are excellent as is the information booklet/map collection."

B & T Morris, Altrincham, Cheshire

"We again took residence this year for our third annual outing. Would echo the other comments about Caburn's presentation and add that it's safe, secure and we're welcomed as friends. Recommended."

Paul Rigge, Manager, Lancashire Croquet Team
